Fried Fungus with Yam

Soak the black fungus in warm water and wash off the small flowers.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the black fungus for 2 minutes, remove and drain.

Peel the yam, wash and slice, and shred the green pepper.

Put oil in a pot and heat, add yam and stir fry for a while, add a small amount of water, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
