Fried Fungus with Yam

1. Soak the dried fungus in warm water for half a day.

2. Cut green pepper into pieces and shred ginger.

3. Cut the yam into diamond-shaped slices and soak in water for a while.

4. Boil water in the pot and scald the yam for half a minute to remove.

5. Wash the fungus in boiling water for half a minute.

6. Put oil in the pot and saute the ginger fragrant.

7. Pour in the green pepper and stir fry for half a minute.

8. Pour in the fungus, stir fry, and drizzle in a few drops of vinegar.

9. Pour in the yam, stir-fry for a minute, and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Tips:

Put the yam into the water immediately after it is cut to prevent it from turning black.
