Tips:

It can be made directly with commercially available tofu. Don't buy tofu that is too soft, but don't buy old tofu, just use ordinary tofu. It is too soft and fragile, and too hard to taste bad.
The fried tofu strips can be dipped in sweet chili sauce or tomato sauce
