Fried Green Cabbage

Main ingredients: green cabbage, bacon

Slice the bacon.

Wash and cut the green cabbage.

Boil water in a pot, add green cabbage and blanch until it is broken.

Remove, over cold water.

Heat oil, fry scallions, add bacon and stir fry.

Add green cabbage.

Stir fry evenly.
9.
Add some light soy sauce.
10.
Season with salt and MSG.

Tips:
1. Since the green cabbage has been blanched, it is not suitable to stir-fry for a long time.
2. Stir-fry the bacon over medium and small heat to prevent it from drying out.
