Stir-fried Japanese Pumpkin with Lean Pork and Leek Sprouts

Ingredients: Japanese pumpkin.

Leek sprouts.

Lean meat slices.

Add some cooking wine, salt, and oil to the lean pork slices, mix well, and set aside.
