Stir-fried Japanese Pumpkin with Lean Pork and Leek Sprouts

1. Ingredients: Japanese pumpkin.

2. Leek sprouts.

3. Lean meat slices.

4. Add some cooking wine, salt, and oil to the lean pork slices, mix well, and set aside.

5. Remove the seeds of Japanese pumpkin, wash and remove.

6. Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

7. Wash the leek sprouts and remove them.

8. Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

9. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the mixed lean pork slices and stir fry, and serve.
