Fried Jelly

The ingredients are ready, the jelly is cut into pieces, the onion garlic water, the sesame sauce, and the chopped green onion are ready to boil

Heat up the oil in a frying pan, add the jelly cubes and fry for 5 minutes

Pour in some light soy sauce, stir well with a spatula

Pour in appropriate amount of green onion and garlic water and bring to a boil
5.
It is very delicious with sesame sauce and chili oil.
Tips:
There is salt in the scallion garlic sauce and sesame sauce, so I didn’t add salt to the jelly
