Fried Jelly

Prepare a piece of jelly.

Cut the jelly into cubes.
3.
Get some celery.
4.
Wash and chop celery.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic and chili sauce.
6.
Stir fry.
7.
Add jelly.
8.
Add some salt and stir fry.
9.
Add celery.
10.
Season with chicken essence and stir well.
11.
Plate.
Tips:
1. The jelly is fragile, do not use too much force when turning it.
2. Add a little chili sauce to the jelly to make it more appetizing.
