Fried Jelly with Shredded Pork

1. Shredded pork lean meat

2. Add 2 teaspoons of starch and stir well, set aside

3. Cut the jelly into cubes about 2 cm

4. Shred the hot pepper and shred the cucumber.

5. From the pot, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil and cook until 70% hot.

6. Add green onions, ginger, and dried chilies, and stir-fry on low heat to create a fragrance.

7. Add shredded pork and stir fry.

8. Add a little light soy sauce to make the shredded pork delicious.

9. Add the jelly and stir fry a few times.

10. Add 1 scoop of cooking wine.

11. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to enhance the flavor. Stir fry for about half a minute.

12. Add the shredded cucumber and green pepper, and continue to stir fry.

13. Add 1 tablespoon of water and simmer for a while until the green peppers are broken.

14. Add minced garlic, a little salt and chicken bouillon, stir-fry evenly, and then serve.
