Fried Jelly with Shredded Pork

Shredded pork lean meat

Add 2 teaspoons of starch and stir well, set aside

Cut the jelly into cubes about 2 cm

Shred the hot pepper and shred the cucumber.

From the pot, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil and cook until 70% hot.
