Fried Kelp Shredded Pork

Shred pork, add salt, cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch and marinate for 20 minutes.

Shred kelp, cut green garlic into sections, and mince ginger.

Tips:
1. The mucus on the kelp can be easily removed by adding some salt to rub it for a few minutes, and then rinse with water.
