Fried King Pleurotus

Prepare the ingredients and choose the kind that is smaller and tender

Pleurotus eryngii shredded into small strips

Beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt

Pour the eryngii mushrooms and add a spoonful of flour to wrap the pleurotus eryngii, taking care not to add water

Tips:
Pleurotus eryngii is better torn by hand. If there is no water in the flour, just add dried eggs and mix into a batter, so as to better wrap the pleurotus eryngii. The outer skin is very crisp when fried. If you like it more crispy, you can re-fry it again.
