Fried Kway Teow with Meatloaf and Cabbage

Cut the meatloaf into cubes and deep-fry a small bag of garlic for later use.

A bag of Kuey Teow.
3.
Wash half the cabbage and chop finely.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add cabbage and stir-fry until cooked, season with salt.
5.
Pour out the water that oozes when you stir-fry the cabbage, add the diced meatloaf and fried garlic.
6.
Stir-fry evenly, add kuey teow and appropriate amount of soy sauce.
7.
Stir fry evenly, and the kway teow is soft and hot.
