Fried Lamb Liver

1. Prepared materials.

2. Lamb liver slices.

3. Boil water in a milk pan, add some white vinegar, and blanch the lamb liver.

4. Cut green pepper into pieces, garlic and mince onion and ginger.

5. Add bottom oil to the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and pepper to the pot.
