Fried Lamb Liver

Soak the lamb liver in water for 30 minutes.

Slice into thin slices.

Remove the seeds of the pepper, wash and slice.

Boil water in the pot and set aside.

The sliced lamb liver is like blanching in a pot.

Add a little chopped green onion, dried starch, pepper, five-spice powder, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
