Fried Large Intestine with Sour Bamboo Shoots

First, wash the large intestine several times with salt, then wash it off!

Marinate juice, soy sauce, and water, put them in the pot according to 1:1:3, add pig intestines and boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes, then remove and let cool!

Cut the peppers, sour bamboo shoots, and large intestines!

Saute the chili with oil and salt first!
