Fried Lentils with Olive Vegetables

Lentils, shredded, washed and set aside

Cut the lentils into rhombuses and slice the onion and garlic.
3.
Stir-fry lentils in a pot
4.
The lentils are fried and browned and then added to the olive vegetables.
5.
Put the seasoning
6.
Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then collect the juice on high heat and serve out of the pot.
Tips:
You can put less olive vegetables, I put some more, it's a bit salty.
