String Beans with Minced Meat and Olives

1. Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces. Wash the kidney beans and break into small pieces. Cut the garlic into small pieces, and slap the ginger into small pieces. Put them in a bowl and set aside. The olive vegetables are scooped out and placed in a bowl.

2. Put a little oil in the pan, heat it, pour the pork belly into the pan and stir-fry, add the cooking wine, and stir-fry until the oil comes out.

3. Pour minced ginger and minced garlic into the pot and stir fry for a fragrance.

4. Pour the string beans into the pot and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

5. Pour the light soy sauce into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add olive vegetables to the pot and stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour water into the pot, almost no green beans.

8. Season with salt, cover the pot, and simmer until the water is almost dry.

9. Add a few drops of sesame oil and stir-fry evenly to cut off the heat.

Tips:

The green beans must be fried thoroughly. Don't be greedy for the crisp, green appearance and crisp taste of the beans.
