Fried Lettuce Intestines

Cut the fat intestine into small sections, peel and wash the lettuce.

Cut the lettuce into oblique pieces first, then slice, and cut the garlic into small pieces.

Let the lettuce marinate in salt for 10 minutes, then rinse. (This will keep the lettuce's crispness)

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the red rice pepper diced, the garlic slices and saute slightly.

Then put in the fatty sausage-stir fry.

Add the soy sauce and stir-fry the fatty intestines for color, and add the lettuce.
7.
Add MSG to taste.

Put it out of the pan and serve it on the plate.
