Fried Lettuce with Sliced Pork and Black Fungus

Ingredients: lettuce (peeled), black fungus (soaked and cleaned), cooked pork (cut into slices)

Put the peeled lettuce on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Lower the washed black fungus into a pot of clean water, blanch it, and remove it.
