If you like spicy food, you can add more millet to make it spicy. If you are afraid of fishy smell, you can add a small spoonful of cooking wine in addition to salting.

Fried Lobster

1. Prepare the main ingredients. Wash the shrimp and cut open the back with scissors to remove the black shrimp thread. Then add a little salt to marinate for a while to remove the fishy smell.

2. Heat the pan with cold oil.

3. Add minced garlic. Ground ginger. Saute the spicy section of millet.

4. Add shrimp and stir fry evenly.

5. The fried shrimp gradually turns orange-red.

6. Add green pepper cubes. Add appropriate amount of water. Continue to stir fry.

7. One to two minutes later, the green pepper will be picked out after the Microsoft discoloration. Serve on a plate.
