Fried Long Liyu (air Fryer Version)

Wash the dragon fish, sprinkle salt on both sides, freshly ground black pepper, and marinate in cooking wine for 15 minutes to taste

Bread crumbs on both sides

Spread a little cooking oil on both sides

Put into the basket of the air fryer, set the air fryer to 200 degrees, 15 minutes

After fifteen minutes, open the frying basket to see if the fish is cooked and the surface is golden. If there is not enough time, continue to bake

Serve on a plate, cut into pieces, and serve with black pepper sauce, hoisin sauce or tomato sauce.
