I have always been a fan of fried foods. I think it’s unhealthy and wastes oil. It makes the kitchen sooty all over the place. All in all, it’s not good. Therefore, I never do it at home. Especially I hate fried fish. The kitchen is full of flavour, so I basically don't eat it. It hurts when I think of it.
Recently I discovered a method that is particularly good, fuel-efficient and convenient. I tried it and found it was great. The fish can be fried to golden and crispy without any oily smoke. It is simple and easy, which is simply awesome. In the future, I can finally add a cooking method, and there will be a delicacy on the table.

Tips:

During the whole process, there is no oily smoke. While the air fryer is working, you can look at your phone and drink a cup of tea, just wait.
