Fried Loofah Peel

One piece of loofah, clean it with a hard sponge cloth, don’t have any debris on the surface, because the skin is to be eaten, so it must be washed.

Use a peeler to peel.

Slice the loofah, chop the skin, and serve separately.

Wash the green and red peppers.

Chop the green and red peppers, give all the green peppers to the loofah skin, and give two-thirds of the red peppers to the loofah skin.

Put enough oil in the wok and heat it until green smoke comes out. Pour the chopped green peppers, diced red peppers, and chopped loofah skins into the pan and fry for half a minute.

Turn to medium and low heat and add 2 grams of salt. Although there are not many things, it tastes better if it is saltier. Turn to medium heat and stir-fry until it tastes good and ready to serve.

The fried loofah skin contains half of the pepper. This dish couldn't be better for porridge.
Tips:
1. The epidermis of the loofah must be cleaned, and it can be scrubbed with a brush.
2. Fried loofah with a little more pepper, oil, and salt, so it's delicious.
