Fried Loofah with Dried Shrimp
1.
Peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces;
2.
Heat oil in a wok, fry the garlic and dried shrimps first;
3.
Pour the loofah and stir-fry for a while; * Loofah is easy to ripen, maybe it is the reason why the firepower at home is not enough, it seems impossible to fry it directly, and there is no water coming out of it;
4.
Pour a little hot water;
5.
Cover the pot and cook for about 5 minutes;
6.
Finally, add fine salt and stir fry for a while!
Tips:
Practice has proved that the loofah fried with a lid is also a problem~
Because my mouth is not good, I like the soft loofah, and the bibimbap with this loofah and shrimp rice soup is delicious, SO, add water and simmer for a while~
I like the crispy taste, just fry it directly! Anyway, remember, add salt at the end... Also, I also put some chicken noodles ^^
