Fried Lotus Root Slices

Scrape the lotus root and clean it

Cut the lotus root slices into thin slices. If the lotus root slices are too big, you can cut it from the middle. Add water, a little salt and white vinegar to the container, soak the lotus slices for about 5 minutes, remove and drain the water for later use.

Peel the onion and garlic, clean and cut them into chopped green onions and garlic slices, wash and remove the stalks and cut into small pieces.

Heat up the pan, add oil, chopped green onion and garlic and saute

Add vegetable oil in a hot pot to sauté the chopped green onion and garlic slices

Add lotus root slices and appropriate amount of salt and stir fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and continue to stir fry evenly

After turning off the heat, add a few drops of sesame oil to taste, add the red pepper section and stir evenly, then the pan is ready for serving!
