Fried Lotus Root Slices

1. Slice lotus root, soak twice with water

2. Cut the meat rolls

3. Put the meat rolls first, then add the lotus root slices and stir fry, add chicken powder, vinegar and salt in the middle

4. Out of the pot

Tips:

Put a few drops of vinegar on the fried lotus root, it won’t turn black
