It’s a pity that half of the lotus root is left for the vegetarian ribs, the soup is too little, and it’s a waste. There are just a few beans in the refrigerator, so I just used them all to stir-fry this vegetarian dish~~ Fried lotus root with beans. The taste is refreshing and good!

Fried Lotus Root with Beans

1. Ingredients: beans, lotus root, carrots, garlic cloves

2. Peel lotus root and cut into strips, peel and cut carrots into strips

3. The snap beans are broken and soaked for a while, the garlic cloves are peeled and crushed

4. Heat the pan, pour the oil, add garlic and sauté

5. Add the beans and stir fry for a while

6. Pour in the lotus root and continue to stir fry

7. Stir-fry the carrot sticks continuously

8. Add a little water and stir fry for a while, cover the pot and simmer for about 1 minute, let it heat up quickly and evenly

9. Add salt and chicken powder

10. Pour the abalone juice and stir fry evenly

Tips:

The water will quickly evaporate during the frying process of the beans and lotus root strips. Add a little water in time to make the food cook faster without being fried.
