Fried Lotus Root with Cashew Nuts
1.
Take the lotus root and buy it home and soak it in water. It looks so long and the basin can’t fit, so you can cut it short.
2.
Put the cashew nuts in a pan and fry them over medium and small fire
3.
Fry it until golden, then fish out for later use
4.
Remove the top here, if you want to eat it, you can also eat it
5.
After removing the top, put it under water to rinse
6.
Cut into small pieces. The lotus root is the same as the lotus root. The internal holes are prone to silt, and sometimes it is not cleaned. We can pick it out and wash it again.
7.
You don't need to have too many ingredients, what you eat is the freshness of the lotus root strips, too much to grab the flavor. You can match it as you like, you just have chive flowers on hand, so cut a few to match the colors
8.
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add red pepper and sausage
9.
Add lotus root strips and chive flowers
10.
Stir fry for a while, don’t fry the lotus root for a long time
11.
Add the cashew nuts and mix well, no need to fry, otherwise the cashew nuts will be soft. Add salt and stir-fry the chicken essence.
