Mandarin duck eggs are usually made with minced meat. I happened to buy some crayfish and shrimp slips, so I wanted to use it to make another kind of mandarin duck eggs!

Fried Mandarin Duck Egg

1. 3 eggs boiled, peel off the shell, cut in half and set aside

2. Buy ready-made shrimp slippery, without seasoning, add cooking wine, salt, pepper

3. After mixing well, use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of shrimp slippery

4. Spread it on half of the egg and make it into the shape of an egg to become a mandarin duck egg!
The mandarin duck eggs are rolled in the wet starch first

5. Roll it in the breadcrumbs, especially the shrimp slippery part. Put a small oil pan, and heat the oil to the 6th or 7th layer.

6. Put in the mandarin duck eggs and fry them until they are golden brown around, remove and absorb the oil

7. Surround with cucumber slices and put the fried mandarin duck egg in the middle

8. Pour the Japanese salad sauce on the mandarin duck egg and finally squeeze the salad dressing on top

Tips:

The frying time is very short, because the prawns are easy to cook!
