Fried Mushrooms

Wash the fresh mushrooms, tear them into strips, and drain the water for later use.

Add all the accessories together. (Eggs, flour, pepper, salt, cooking wine)

Stir well.

Pour in fresh mushrooms.

Grab and mix to make the fresh mushrooms evenly paste.

Start the pot and burn more oil.

The oil is 50% hot, pour in fresh mushrooms, scatter, and fry for the first time.

Take it out three minutes later and set aside.

Increase the oil temperature to 70 to 80% hot, pour in fresh mushrooms and re-fry.

In about a minute, turn off the heat until the surface of the fresh mushrooms is browned.

Drain the oil and put it on the plate.

Sprinkle some barbecue ingredients or chili noodles and cumin. Ignore what you don’t like.
Tips:
1. It must be fried twice, the first time is to deep-fry the fresh mushrooms, and the second time is to deep-fry the surface of the fresh mushrooms.
2. The fresh mushrooms can also be replaced with other vegetables, and serve as fried vegetables.
