Fried Mushrooms

I bought fresh white mushrooms; don’t look at so many in a small basket, there are very few after making it~~

Wash the mushrooms and dry or wipe them dry, and cut into thick slices; I only cut 4 slices for one mushroom;

Add some oil to the pot to heat up, add the mushrooms and fry slowly over medium heat;

When frying until both sides are golden and dry, sprinkle some cooking wine;
5.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, then grind in the crushed black pepper;
6.
Stir fry a few times evenly and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
