Fried Noodle with Egg

Shred the carrots, chop the parsley, and chop the green onions. Put the bottom oil in the pot, spread the cooked eggs, and set aside.

Add bottom oil to the pot and sauté the chopped green onions.

Add the carrots and fry them.

Stir-fry the chicken feathers until they are broken.
5.
Stir in light soy sauce and cumin powder and stir well.
6.
Add the egg and stir-fry, turn off the heat.
7.
Cook the noodles and set aside in cold water.
8.
Turn the heat into the noodles, stir and fry evenly, turn off the heat. Add salt, vinegar and hot sauce and stir well.
