Fried Noodle with Vegetable and Egg

Fresh noodle shops buy steamed noodles. You can also boil some dried noodles and then control water and oil to steam them.

Wash vegetables, try to choose vegetables with moisture, usually pakchoi, carrots, rapeseed and bean sprouts.

Beat the egg mixture, chopped green onion

Wok oil and heat the chopped green onion in a wok, add egg liquid, vegetable salt, 13 fragrant in turn, and stir-fry until 8 mature

Add the noodles and stir-fry on low heat for about five minutes. Add salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
The oil in fried noodles should be no less than twice the normal cooking, otherwise the noodles will become hard or smashed. Because the noodles themselves are cooked, just let it absorb the flavor of the vegetable juice and stir evenly when frying.
