Fried Noodles

Boil the noodles in boiling water, don’t overcook them, the noodles will be bad if they are too rotten

Cook the noodles and remove them with cold water to remove the batter, add some sesame oil and mix well to prevent sticking

Tips:
The noodles are best to be fresh handmade noodles, such as useless dried noodles. Don't cook the noodles too badly or chewy! Just use what you like for the sauce.
