Fried Noodles

Prepare ingredients: sweet noodle sauce, dry yellow sauce, cucumber, carrot, garlic, pork essence.

Egg noodles.

Cut pork essence into small pieces, cut 1 chive into sections, and slice ginger.

Chop the pork essence together with the green onion and sliced ginger into fine fillings (so, the meat filling is filled with the fragrance of green onion and ginger).

Rub the cucumber and carrot into filaments separately.

Adjust a bowl of juice: According to the ratio of 2:1, squeeze dry yellow sauce and sweet noodle sauce into the bowl respectively, add appropriate amount of warm water and stir evenly for later use.

Start the pot to burn oil (double the amount of cooking oil than usual for cooking).

Saute garlic.

Pour in the meat and stir fry.

Stir fry until the minced meat changes color.

Pour in the bowl of sweet noodle sauce and dried yellow sauce.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour in water from a boiling pot and bring to a boil.

Add the egg noodles.

Put the cooked noodles into a bowl, scoop into the miscellaneous sauce, and garnish with shredded carrots and cucumbers. The steaming miscellaneous noodles are ready, very delicious.
