Fried Noodles

Pinch off the roots of bean sprouts, wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Wash the beans, cucumbers and carrots and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Cut the pork belly into cubes, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch in a container, stir well, add a little oil, stir evenly and marinate for 10 minutes

Add water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil, blanch the carrots in the pot and remove the water to drain

Boil the bean sprouts in the pot and remove the water to drain

Put the snap beans into the pot and cook, remove and drain the water

Start the frying pan, put the green onion and ginger into the pan and stir fragrant, then stir-fry the marinated diced meat

Stir-fry until the sauce is fragrant and add salt, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and set aside

Cut the boiled kidney beans into sections, and cut the cucumber into shreds

Add water to a boil in a boiling pot, and boil the noodles in the pot

Remove the cooked noodles and drain the water, add fried sauce and vegetable size, and enjoy
Tips:
1. The dish code is selected according to personal preference.
2. The water for cooking noodles can be boiled water.
3. Snap beans is what we call cowpea here, also known as snap beans.
4. The diced meat tastes better after marinating, and the taste is more tender.
5. Stir fry the sauce on a low heat.
6. Soybean paste and sweet noodle paste are saltier, so add less salt.
