Fried Noodles

Shred the cabbage, cut the meatloaf into strips, cut the lean meat, add oil, stir well with chicken essence, salt, cornstarch, chopped green onion and set aside the noodles.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the meatloaf.

Add the lean meat and stir fry.

Put the cabbage in the pot and stir fry together.

Finally, sprinkle the noodles on top of the cabbage, cover and simmer the cabbage for a while.

Remove the lid and stir-fry the noodles evenly. Season with a little salt, chicken essence, and soy sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve.

Serve a serving and you can start tasting it.
