The fried noodle sauce is sold at Ma's, but I haven't bought it before. Friends in Beijing can go to the Ankang Imported Supermarket to buy it. Explain that the troublesome ones can be replaced by fuel consumption, and the taste has changed, just like it.

After preparing the ingredients, process the noodles: cook for six to mature, and immediately pass cold water out of the pot. After cooling thoroughly, drain the water, add a little cooked oil or olive oil and stir well (to prevent noodles from sticking) and set aside.

Stir fry the green onion and ginger in the same pot to get a fragrance, don't stir fry the green onion π.

This step does not take pictures and add light soy sauce, salt, and fried noodles in order according to personal taste. At this time, the noodles are basically cooked, turn off the heat, add chicken powder, and stir-fry evenly.

Personal experience:
1. The cabbage should be cut into wide strips, it will disappear after being fried too thinly π.
2. The noodles should be bought in cut noodles. Rolling the noodles by hand will make it sticky.
