As a Cantonese, I have never eaten authentic fried noodles. I have mostly minced pork noodles at many noodle shops. Xun Xun Mi always brought disappointment, so I decided to do it myself. "

Ingredients

Fried Noodles

1. A group photo of materials. ps: Originally, yellow sauce and sweet noodle sauce should be used, but we can’t buy it here. Haitian bean sauce is slightly spicy and sweet.

2. Dice pork belly, cooking wine, minced ginger, a little salt and mix well

3. Cucumber shredded, bean sprouts blanched

4. Minced green onion and chopped coriander a little bit, you don’t need to put it if you don’t like

5. I like fruit noodles, so I cut a bit

6. Heat the pan, pour the oil, and add the minced garlic. The oil is twice as much as usual for cooking

7. Pour in pork belly and stir fry.

8. I put half a bottle of bean paste without salt

9. After the stir-fry, add water to cover the pork belly.

10. After the water has dried up, add a little sugar before serving to enhance the flavor, and then add the remaining chopped green onions.

11. Take a picture.

12. Boil water. When the water is boiled, pick it up after it's ripe. If you want to keep the taste, you can cross the cold river. I forgot to take the picture

13. Put all the ingredients in, fish out, and start eating. It was taken on the phone, so it's a bit ugly.
