Fried Noodles

1. I bought the lasagna, which is half a catty.

2. Add vegetable oil and mix well.

3. Steam for ten minutes in a steamer.

4. Steamed noodles.

5. When steaming the noodles, prepare the side dishes: peel and shred carrots, shred cucumbers and chicken ham, wash and cut cabbage, and fry eggs into pancakes and then shred them with a knife.

6. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and carrots.

7. Stir-fry a few times, add the shredded cucumber and ham, and stir-fry for about a minute.

8. Add the cabbage and stir fry.

9. Add shredded egg peel and stir-fry well.

10. Add the steamed noodles.

11. Add light soy sauce, aged vinegar, sugar, and salt. For a good color, I added a little dark soy sauce (you can also mix the sauce in a small bowl in advance and pour it directly).

12. Stir fry for a while, let the noodles absorb the juice and taste.

13. Finished product.

Tips:

The steamed noodles are fried again, the taste is chewy and tough, not sticky at all. If you don't like this taste, you can drizzle a little water or broth in the final stir-fry.
