Fried Noodles

Boil the eggs first. Everyone knows, so I didn’t take pictures

Tips:
1 Soy bean paste is made by my mother herself. It is very salty, so no salt is added when frying the paste. If it is the sauce bought outside, adjust it according to your own taste.
2 When cooking noodles, if you want to drink a thicker noodle soup, cook it in a pot under cold water
