Fried Noodles
1.
Put the flour. Wash the pan, heat well on high heat, turn to medium and low heat, and add flour.
2.
Stir the flour. Stir fry quickly and evenly, otherwise the flour at the bottom of the pan will be easy to paste.
3.
Slightly yellowing announced the completion of fried noodles. On medium heat, stir fry in about 5 minutes. The fried flour will smell fragrant and turn slightly yellow. The flour in the bowl on the picture is not fried, and the pan is fried. It is easy to see the color difference by comparing it.
4.
Put it in the box and keep it sealed. The fried flour is put in the pan to cool down, and then put into the container. I fry less this time, it seems that the lunch box is empty. Anyway, it's very simple. Just fry it and eat fresh.
5.
Stir fried noodles. Take an appropriate amount of fried noodles, add sugar and mix evenly, pour in boiling water and stir until there is no dry flour before starting. If you like dry food, add less boiling water, and if you like thinner, add more boiling water.
Tips:
1. After the fried noodles turn slightly yellow, turn off the heat quickly and continue to stir-fry until the remaining temperature drops, otherwise the flour at the bottom of the pan will become mushy.
2. Mix the fried noodles. If you feel that the sweetness is not enough, of course you can continue to add sugar, and of course you can add other condiments you like.
