Fried Noodles

Cook the noodles until they are ripe, remove them, rinse them with cold water, and drain the water.

Shred ginger, garlic and beauty pepper, and cut green onion into rings.

Cut the ham into strips, shred the fungus, and blanch the spinach into sections.
