Fried Noodles

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the noodles and cook them, remove them in cold water and cool them, remove the water and drain them for later use

Prepare everything for use as shown in the figure

After heating the pan, add pork belly and fry until fragrant, then add carrots and shiitake mushrooms and fry until fragrant. Then add the cooked noodles and sausage, add soy sauce, appropriate amount of noodle sauce, a little salt and chicken essence, and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
The noodles are cooked before, and you can stir fry for about two minutes when you fry later. The salt can be left on or off, because the soy sauce and sauce are both salty.
