Fried Noodles

Shred the onion and ginger, cut the tomatoes into pieces with a hob, cut into small pieces of sea greens, cut into sections of green onions, and mince green onions.

Debone the chicken legs and cut the meat into shreds.

The noodles are boiled in a pot under cold water, and they are immediately removed and placed in cold water. Wait for the noodles to cool down before removing the water.

Put oil in the pan, then add tomatoes, Shanghai green onions and chicken in turn and stir fry. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce and salt, add a small amount of water, and boil for one minute.

Tips:
Noodles can be cooked for 7-8 minutes
