Northerners like to eat noodles the most. In the hot summer days, come to a bowl of fried noodles and enjoy it. You can adjust the fried sauce according to the ingredients you have at your disposal. You can also make more fried sauces at once and store them in the refrigerator.

Fried Noodles

1. Wash cucumbers and carrots and peel them, wash and chop green onions and parsley, and dice pork

2. Put oil in the wok, add the pepper aniseed, fry until the aroma is strong, remove the spice

3. Add the green onion and ginger, fry to get the fragrance, remove the ginger

11. When eating, add blanched carrots, enoki mushrooms, cucumbers, chopped green onions, and chopped coriander, add appropriate amount of fried sauce, mix well and start, you can also put a fried egg
