Fried noodles is a traditional Chinese noodle dish. Popular in the northern region, it is made of noodles mixed with vegetable yards and fried sauce. In summer, you can cut or cook cucumbers, bean sprouts, green beans, and soybeans and make them into dishes for later use. In winter, you can add spinach, beans and other dishes, you can mix and match, and then make fried sauce. It's a good home cooked meal.
