Summer is here and I don’t want to eat steaming noodle soup. Fried noodles is a good choice!

Fried Noodles

1. Choose fresh amaranth, soak it in water for a few minutes and then wash it out and drain it.

2. Tomatoes and green onions are also cleaned

3. After soaking the dried fungus, choose to wash it and drain the water

4. The bean sprouts rinse off the shells and pinch off the roots of the bean sprouts

5. Finely chop green onions, thinly slice tomatoes, finely chop amaranth

6. Add oil to the net pot and heat up and put in the fungus

7. Stir-fry the fungus evenly, then add tomatoes and stir-fry

8. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until broken

9. Add the amaranth and continue to fry until the tomatoes are juicy and the vegetables are cooked. Add a small amount of dark soy sauce

10. After the vegetables are fried, add the noodles, quickly stir and fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of salt, and season the chicken essence to serve

Tips:

When cooking noodles fast, add more vegetables to taste better
