Fried Noodles (korean Hot Sauce, Beef Filling)

1. Put thirteen fragrant eggs and beat well, fry them in a pan until golden, and cut into strips;
Stir-fry the minced meat, add black pepper*1, and add chicken essence;
2. Stir-fry beef stuffing until it changes color, add enoki mushroom & cabbage & egg & Korean chili sauce, stir fry;
3. Stir fry until the cabbage becomes slightly soft, add appropriate amount of water, add the cooked pasta, and mix well;
4. Without covering the pot, stir fry until the water is completely absorbed by the noodles and turn off the heat.

Tips:
Shisanxiang is really a magical thing...especially when you put some scrambled eggs; this brand of Korean chili sauce is also very good~
