Fried Noodles with Carrot and Egg
1.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, and boil the noodles in the pot for 5 mature (the noodles should be cooked).
2.
Pick up the cooked noodles and place them in a container to drain the water. Pour a little oil on the drained noodles, shake it with chopsticks, so that the noodles are covered with oil, so that the noodles will not stick to each other.
3.
Shred the carrots, chop the leeks into long pieces, slice the ham, and beat the eggs for later use.
4.
Add oil to scramble the eggs, then fry the ham, and put it on a plate for later use.
5.
Put a little oil in the pan and fry the shredded carrots.
6.
Pour in the noodles with chopsticks and spatula, sprinkle with salt and appropriate amount of light soy sauce, add eggs, ham, and finally pour in leeks and stir-fry for a few times.
Tips:
The noodles should not be cooked too well, otherwise they will stick to the noodles and the pan. Use a spatula and chopsticks when turning the noodles.
