Fried Noodles with Mushrooms in Ginger Sauce

Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in warm water, washed, and cut into shreds for later use

Cut bacon into strips for later use

Wash mung bean sprouts and set aside

Shred green onion and ginger, mince garlic and set aside

Mix the sauce seasonings evenly and set aside

Make a pot of water, add the noodles, cook for 1 minute and remove them, soak them in ice water

After the pan is heated, add a small amount of salad oil, add the bacon and stir fry to get the bacon oil
8.
Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance
9.
Add shredded shiitake mushrooms and bean sprouts and stir fry for a while

Drain the noodles into the pot

Pour the sauce and stir fry evenly
