Fried Noodles with Onion and Salami

Prepare the wet noodles, blanch them in boiling water until they are half cooked.

Wash and shred the onion, slice the bacon, pat the garlic clove and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic cloves.

Pour in the bacon and stir fry to get the oil.
5.
Add onions and fry them for a fragrant flavor.

Pour into the wet noodles and stir fry evenly.
7.
Season with salt.
8.
Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well.
9.
Add a little bean paste.
10.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
